They do not open boxes and update them, they leave them sealed as "old" stock.

I see what you mean lol. As Default said... they are def below 3.50 ... i left the review on Asda Direct for the Ps3 slim in question, stating 3.30

Get one before they're gone lol. won't find many anywhere.

Your review was a good read.
When they mean Grade A, is this first hand, or 2nd hand that has rarely been touched/used. Because as you said, the first one you purchased didn't have the HDD memory wiped.

The funny thing is, Sainsburys direct were offering the 2010 PS3 160gb version, which has the 3.40 release firmware for somewhere around £185. They stopped selling these at leas a good couple months back now.
Lets hope they start re-selling.

The first one I bought had been used! However Asda investigated and found it had been tampered with in the warehouse. They gave me £35 e voucher to say sorry. The consoles are grade A, meaning slightly damaged packaging. Console and all else are BRAND new! Never been touched.
