that's why i bump this rather old topic...

what's the problem? hdd not found? make sure when u reassemble the ps3 with e3 flasher inside that "everything" is fully connected at the hdd slot and check the e-sata station..specially the cable..move it arround abit or just do a downgrade without the e-sata station...and after the downgrade before proceed with installing the "firmware" plug back the hdd in the slot...goodluck

i bought Nor +Nand Adapter and put My E3 flasher in Recycle Bin
The Flasher is exactly like junk
I'd do Downgrade Nor models in just 15 minutes and Nand models in 40 minutes

it is a Custome Adaptor that downgrade with that is like eat a Sandwich
