resistance is measured when the ps3 is cut off from electricity. it's probably not likely that you have a problem with the usb, but they are the easiest things to check.

sorry for the long wait but i just finished resoldering every point of the ps3 and still no effect any suggestion.
what could be the problem? |

maybe you should measure if there's any short somewhere on the board.
uplug the power cable, set your meter to resistance (200 ohm range) and put the black probe on a ground point and use the red probe to measure all thermal resistors (marked as THxxxx) and measure at the fuses. (marked as Fxxxx) you mentioned before you get 0 at the usb port, did you do a volt reading or resistance. |
