is is the newer SLIM 25xxx with that ribbon underneath the BD drive?
never had to fix this but why not try this, take something that is the thicknes of that brown clip wich u put down to hold the ribbon in place, then doubleside tape a stroke of something...be creative so that its just above the "copper strip" then u have to use some finger magic or ask a chinese girl they tend to have small fingers j/k then put that ribbon back in place, when u put it back before pull the ribbon carefully as far as u can whit ur finger and keep it there then slide it in and with a bit of luck it stays there because of that strip cartboard or something..whop place it down..screw everything together and give it a shot....or hotglue/tape or something....something should work..it even work when u still can see a bit of the copper strip..meaning it doesnt need to be fully inthere..although thats the correct way....even when it sits a little scheef it works ![]() hey goodluck man...buying a PS3 like this and then discovering this crap, that's the downside of buying online stuff like this else a trip to the house would be easier...

I think I have finally got it guys! The thing is, I need the Rebug CFW 3.55.3 download and I can't find it. The reason I need this is because I have another working blueray drive compatible with my PS3 that is on Rebug 3.55.3. Last edited by Kammmmi; 01-30-2013 at 10:32 AM. |

i think it's all coming from Rogero's and qa stuff? u can trow the 3.55.4 999 downgrader at anything..it always works (9.90?) always higher, also before messing arround..disable any spoof?!..for rebug 4.21.2(spoof on) it doesn't matter..i'm positive it isn't the 999 downgrader..
