Stuck on Rebug 4.21

Hey guys,
I'm relatively new at this and could use a little help.

I was running Rogero 4.30 when my console's laser went out and rendered it virtually useless. So, I switched over to Rebug 4.21 so that I could run my backups without a disc.

I ordered and installed a new laser and it's working fine, and I'd like to move to the newest version of Rogero, but I seem to be stuck in Rebug.

I've tried virtually every suggested method I can find online, but no matter which PUP I use I get a corrupted data error from both the XMB and recovery mode.

Also, a new thing, I get an 80010017 error trying to start almost any installed pkg file including the QA toggle and with the exception of Rebug Toolbox and Multiman. But, oddly, Multiman immediately exits to XMB without an error code.

Like I said, the only thing that's changed is the new laser.

Anyone got any ideas?

@Corey James

I get an 80010017 error
thats a eboot error code, means something is not signed correct for the firmware your on.

As for everything else, try going to rebug.me and getting there newest dopwngrader pup. Use that in XMB and then update to OFW 355 from there. After that Install your rogero CFW you want from Recovery. Should be golden after that.

QA toggle doesn't work in 4.21. It only works for 3.55 and lower. That's why you're getting the error.

if he's on REX 4.21.1 or 2 it doesn't matter really if QA flag is not set to get back to 3.55.x >>

Code:
Downgrade procedure if you are NOT QA'd:
4.21.1 REX > '999' DOWNGRADER > 3.55.3 REX (straight from XMB)
this apply for latest 4.21.2 the same

although u can't enable it on 4.xx and the toolbox reports "disabled" is because it cannot read it on 4.xx but when u set Rebug/Debug mode u have the qa flag menu on XMB, or when settings are Rebug/Retail on 4.xx just do the "button combo" and the QA settings apear..that's how it works, so when QA is set it still reports "disabled" in toolbox

if really not QA flagged then go the above quoted route = use the 999_DOWNGRADER
