Nothing says that you have to post news of cheat tools. You can even go as far as to get the forum rules changed that there will be no talk of cheating, instant ban for anybody that does. Maybe you don't dislike console ID theft as much as you say. Of course if you want a whole lot of people to know about cheat tools, that go right ahead an keep posting of them.

Ninja and MM does more damage than good, so you are doing the best thing in my opinion. I explained it before on other threads, especially people who synch trophies all the time are affected. They end up being caught in exception reports where the trophies synch doesnt match the logs. When the logs gets altered, deleted or made readonly the trophies synched doesnt match the games played. Clear logs everytime, and ones that never change (read-only) raise a lot of questions on their reports.

I'm in IT, if I see someone that keeps deleting history after every session it will raise questions and even keep a close eye on things...more harm than good.

Best way to do it is...if you're going to use homebrew don't go online for that session and reboot when you want to go on your clean session. If you're planning on playing a game without multiman using a disc, go online and don't clear the logs.

You'll be sending Sony valid data and even though they know you're on cfw, they won't take action but keep a very close eye on you....unless you're using hacked eboots. I've been using psn for 3 months now. As long as I don't get carried away and make a mistake, I could continue the same path, unless Sony gets annoyed with the constant unbanniing and decide to get rid of everyone or someone manages to get my console Id, I don't think they'll ever ban.

While I agree that PSN/SEN is a privilege, I cannot agree that everybody with a CFW machine who accesses the network should be banned. There are many people who use CFW legit and don't cheat, mod etc. Then again, how do you differentiate between good and bad right? Until somebody messes up and proves they shouldn't be on there....

Such a gray area. Though yes, I do understand the reasons/reasoning as to why you/anybody should/would feel that way.

Like i said. Apps/tools are there for anybody to use.
Problem is this tools on the hands of someone who didn't give a single **** about others. Also it's getting easier to use so ANYBODY can use them without need to read some 40 pages manual.
It's not like CEX>DEX conversion method where you have to know wtf you are doing because you have some high risk of ****ing up your PS3.
Here the only thing to do is to use the tool that creates some *random console ID* and that's all.

If the user don't held some minor quota of responsibility of what's he is doing. He don't even deserves being on CFW.

But again the line is too thin, since if the tools are there and someone took his/her time to create it. You can't ignore them.

I've done this article to expose pro/cons of unban yourself.
And to think twice if you got hammered to get back online, simple as that.

@brakken is an active account; however I believe some years back you removed my permission to post as I cannot post with it nor even access threads.

@jennys was a fun account which I believe is banned if it weren't the email expired and I changed the password to some obscene random length one and didn't write it down.

@brakk3n is what I have now.

I'm sure having and using 3 accounts at the same time would violate some sort of rule; I never read them. However, only 1 is active. I believe though then you could justify your ban with ban-avoidance since @jennys is banned and I did just admit to using it. You could just ban me to ban me, but it seems you were waiting for a response.

OR you could re-enable my original account so I can read the forum and post thus would of avoided me having to create an additional account; then ban this one. If you haven't the permission to re-enable my original account you could let this one be.

I'm sure you'll come up with some nifty alternative.
