I think your an excellent mod @hellsing9 . Dont beat yourself up about you feeling that your english is lacking. I can understand you............mostly and have a great deal of respect for those of you who are able to speak multiple languages. I can only speak the one and much of the time I use words incorrectly and spell them wrong while doing it.

BTW a good moderator is an active moderator, who participates in the forum he moderates.

One current mod participates no longer on the forum or IRC, but he has an awesome job now so that's understandable.

lol previous mods that sucked, were mods that applied for the position, then never actually moderated at all.

Then there were others who started off being good, then just vanished without any word.

Then there was @joeyj , who was the shortest reigning mod ever, i think he lasted a whole six day before @Pirate removed his privileges, @NeoSabin could tell you funny stories about him

It's frustrating when people attack you when you are trying to do something you feel is good. As much as he tries, the same amount people slag him for silly things.

When you meet that resistance it's sometimes difficult to keep a straight mind and paddle the bullshit away; and you find yourself in this stupid negative hole. I've been there, am there. It's when people back you and also the compliments you receive that should motivate you and push you forward.

Anybody can make fun of somebody. It's such an easy, mindless thing to do. But to try to pay somebody a compliment, or to give praise to a person is so invariably hard to do, that nobody even attempts to do it.

Now, how about that slap?

I can relate with all that. Im still here that proves that even the same ol' punch line *your english that, your english this* has no effect on my *work* on HAX.

I was not posting so much because some minor problems on my real self. (minor dental surgeries, i wanted so hard to hammer my head...).

I take all the possitive feeback and haters gonna hate .

thats how i usually see trust.
but that only works with ppl / users you see every day.
they get to know you and get to see what your like and how you treat others.

but for a new member all he / she has to go by is what you say at face value or go by your post count to assume your good and trust worthy.

now the guy's doing the dump checking are ppl I and I alone decided could be trusted.
now i stand by my trust of these ppl and due to that other ppl have a safe way to get there dumps checked.

if i had not asked these ppl to give up there personal time to do this then new users would be posting dumps left right and center and there data would be used to un-ban ps3's

now if the site
ie
pirate or the mods can do the same to the users they trust by simply giving the user a "badge" to show this then new users can see who moderators trust to give them honest help / infomation.

think of it as a company
ie
mods are managers and "trustees" are supervisors
