FSM problem
I've been following the downgrade guide on here but I'm stuck trying to put the PS3 in FSM. I have a white dev board and this was advertised as a AT90USB162. First I had problems loading the Hex to it with Flip. I tried ATMEGA32U2 and it worked (loading the Hex file). However, when I put it in the right slot on a slim PS3 and press eject as soon as hitting power, I don't get the reboot. The PS3 just asks me to connect a pad. Any ideas? Am I using the right Hex? Can anyone point me in the right direct of one please?
Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Okay, grab the attachment in this thread http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?p=142786
You will want to use the minimus v1 .hex When you plug the minimus into your PC, if the red and green LEDs are both on hold both buttons down, then release HWB first then release RESET. Then you should have just the green LED lit and can update with the psgrade file. |
