Things don't look good...
I flashed again my PS3 (CECHG04) with the patched dump I took after it was bricked when trying to upgrade from 3.55 Kmeaw to Rogero 4.21 CFW.
After I flashed it, I dumped the flash and verified that the two dumps are identical.
Yet, after turning my PS3 on, I get the RLOD...
I am afraid this is a hardware issue and I may not be able to unbrick.
Last thing I will try is to flash the (unpatched) Rogero 4.21 dump and hope that at least there will be no RLOD.

I flashed the original dump (the one I took after the PS3 bricked) and I still get the RLOD. @Sarah1331 , does this mean that all is lost?

Mate rogero cfw 4.21 was a brick magnet their is a thread on how to unbrick I'll try and dig it out for you.

I made a 3.55 dump,after manual validate i verified it with anaria's norvalidator and for cvtrm i have this error :cvtrm SCEI magicnbr :read 00000000! mismatch pattern '53434549'. In the picture of the tutorial for cvtrm the line u highlighted in blue is the same line i have 00 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF. I upgraded and remade a 4.30 dump and the line is 53 43 45 49 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF and no error from the norvalidator. Both lines are ok? from norvalidator is missing a pattern?
