Here's the thing Sony as well as others... xbox, steam don't like any mods on their network. You can do whatever you want on your ps3 just not online. I understand you paid for your system and you own it and you have a right to do whatever you please.

When you go online you're in someone else's house. You do not pay to be on psn, and you must abide by their rules. We already broke one of their terms by using modified firmware, least you can do is either stay away from psn or try to respect the rest of their terms.

Honestly buddy, do you think online platforms such as xbox live or steam will even tolerate mods? They suspend you or permanently get rid of you. It's their network, their rules. No one reads terms? It doesn't matter.

Long story short, you did something online that isn't fair game and they handled the situation.

I doubt it, you should never clear logs if all you're doing is syncing trophies, it doesn't give anything Sony to work with and they'll just assume you're doing more than just syncing on psn.

The simple strategy is, use homebrew offline and clear logs offline. Let's say we believe your ONLY syncing trophies ( which I highly doubt, hence mm stealth and not regular mm) when you go online everything is logged and sent. So imagine logs being sent and then logs get cleared and another set of empty logs show up in the same session.

It doesn't add up does it? As I mentioned in an earlier post, stealth does nothing to hide you from Sony, it's to hide you from your friends list. You think Sony doesn't know that there is a multiman steath? Or that they don't know where it's hidden?

Multiman Stealth doesnt need to be deleted from XMB cause its not present there so thats why i used Multiman stealth...so no paranoy here,i thought it was safe thats it...

i had my PS3 downloading demos and it was on for like 12-15 hrs and no ban whatsoever,
i also play legit games (disc) online ALOT! i dont have the guts to actually launch MM when connected to the internet, so i made sure internet connection is disabled when i play backups (don't play backups and go online), but it does show up on the "what's new" on the recent games section though (the launched game title, not the MM).
syncing trophies is also not a problem.
so best way is to disable internet connection whenever u do something that's not on ToS agreement.

just my personal opinion, and the above method is what kept me from being banned, at least for me

Oh that's new to me I have been on mm loads connected to the Internet just not signed in on psn.

I have been playing back ups online with no problem n I have updated all my games on the first boot with a disc then the discs go away n I always play back ups.

I don't understand mm geting the blame for bans, using back ups or cfw.. I no by doing these we are breaking the rules but for those that are getin banned must have done something more.. Otherwise everyone will be banned immediately on sign in.. The would have it set on a system not like one man looking out for it partially blind..

Just don't understand how people can play online for months then randomly get banned for doing what they do every day?? Just can't get my head round it. I'm sure Sony would go all out n as soon as something bad is done a flag pops up n ban! Unless the list is so long and that one guy is going thru it all..
