Here is the Points of your Mobo.
Solder "NOR TRISTATE" to the SBE point to your Clip with fun flash.

You did not till me, how much time did it take to turn off? and make sure the Pads are there

it takes 2 to 3 secs for it to turn off, i soldered NOR tri to SBE on the clip cable, the console still turns itself off with the 3 beeps and blinking red light after 3 seconds

Did you put the first switch of the Flasher up and the rest Down.

if this does not work, solder rhe TRI point to any GND point on the mobo.
if it still turns off, i think it is a hardware issue
