You said haz was being lippy when in fact he was merely asking you to stop giving poor advice. @haz367 isn't lippy, he is laid back and willing to offer good advice to people who need it most. In fact you could say he spends time cleaning up shyte spilled by others who have given bad advice and caused bricks in the 1st place. I've been flicking through your posts and you don't appear to have asked for help with a downgrade, which to me would suggest you have never attempted a downgrade. I might sound like I'm banging on a bit, but maybe you should read up a bit more instead of trying to help with wrong info and cause more damage. Anyway this is somebody elses thread and we should leave it their instead of clogging it up with drama's.

ok so i never asked for help? i never asked for help changing my blu ray lens or fixing my usb ports either? lol just because i dont ask for help doesnt mean i havent done it? i agree my instructions were not clear enough ie missing a cpl details... but its no reason to insult me. also incase you didnt see he is bricked now. so i cant cause a brick... im trying to help him unbrick. worst case is it doesnt work and hes back where he started. no harm at all. its not like im helping him downgrade for the first time with a perfectly working system... infact if you read my other posts you would know i advised someone else who is thinking of downgrading to spend the 40 bucks on a system with a dead blu ray and get it right on that first before trying on a system that works fine...... im not as stupid as you seem to think or we wouldnt be talking on another thread about bypassing my internal blu ray switch to get the drive to work again. and if you would kindly go back there ive got a cpl more questions lol. anyways can we end this yet? i was trying to help the guy because he was stuck and nobody else had said anything in a while... oh no a member who actually takes the time to try to help other people instead of just doing his own ps3 stuff..... end of the world :P no hard feelings btw. n thanks haz

changed lens on my ps3. worked for a few days but wouldnt eject right. opened it n broke a switch off the blu ray sensor board. looking for a way to bypass it since i know the lens works fine. like a way to manually just put a disc in and have it spin and work. donkey helped me a bit with a diagram. can ya pm? im confused on a cpl points. like if i bypass it will it work? is it really as simple as just a single wire to bypass it?
