i just downloaded the us version and installed some fixes but i am getting error 800+ something.

the fixes i installed are 2 parts from leatherman and the other 3 are from a different download link, is that the reason why i cant run the game? i am on cfw 4.30 rogero. what should i do guys? if ever i need to reinstall the patches from leatherman how will i delete the one i installed?

Twisted Metal came out before 4.30 CFW was released, so "fixes" for games before that should no longer be needed, and in this case, the "fix" could even be the problem.

So, delete your Twisted Metal install completely, and re-install it without any "fixes" or patches

ReRip the game from the original game disc.

Uninstall the game data, from the Game Data Utility.

Open mm, go to the game and press square. in the bottom left corner, click internal or external (depending on where you have the game). Also check bd mirror.
Then launch the game from the disc icon.

And next time, don't be so open with your piracy. It is easy to just say backups. This site does not support piracy.
