PS3 Downgrade From 4.30 Rogero to 3.55 Problem

I was using 4.30 Rogero for a good 2 months (I think it was V1.1), But then I got a problem which was every game or application I launch would give me a black screen and I had no choice but to pull the plug of my PS3. So I thought of downgrading it and followed the tutorial written by Rogero himself (I cannot post the link)

Everything went fine till I installed the hybrid 3.55 (4.25 to 3.55 firmware) after that I couldn't find toggle_qa from a verified site so I downloaded it from a unverified site. I toogle_qa(ed) it and was able to see edy viewer and all. but when I go into the recovery and try to install Rogero 3.55CFW V3.7 it tells me that the firmware is already upto date and and asks me to connect 4.40 firmware or more.

I do not think it is a problem with the tutorial I followed beacuse it was just a video of a tutorial written by rogero himself. It may be a problem with toogle_qa which I downloaded from filecrop.

Go into recovery mode and install rogero 3.55.

When you see the message telling you to install 4.40 or later, ignore it and press start+select.

You are not getting it, I will just give me this error: The latest version of the system software is already installed. There is no need to update. (After that I have only one option Back).

I have followed the tutorial written by Rogero. I am not allowed to post the links otherwise I would
