What do I need to Do It wont boot up not even into Recovery Mode please HELP MEEEEEEEEE

Right here's a bit of Info -- I was on DEX 4.21 I went to DEX 3.55 then I deleted Multiman DEX and installed Multiman CEX to be able to flash using the NORBIN file I then clicked on it and it says -- You are about to change your ps3 region/Target ID!

Current ID: 0X82
New ID: 0X87

Are You sure - Yes or No I clicked Yes.

It worked I then exited multiman CEX and Turned off system by controller

Then I loaded the ps3 back up using the Power button on PS3 O No now what Help God whats happened it wont load up --- 8 or more beeps/sirens.

Please someone Help it'd be much Appreciated.

This is an easy fix.

It happened because you didn't install firmware after flashing.

You need something to enter Factory/Service mode. Do you have a jig or dongle?

Hi there Thks for the Reply I believe a Jig is something to do with a PSP isn't it if so then No I don't have a PSP.

Now what Dongle are You talking about and if I don't have that then is there any other Way to Fix the problem as You said ( This is an Easy Fix )

You only need one of these. And of course you can use the PSP you'll need a PSP 1000 though.

If you have any of these devices, you can use it to enter FSM.
You will have to program it for FSM mode.

Then you can install the firmware like this:

• TURN OFF POWER BY SWITCH OR PULL POWER CABLE.
• Insert your downgrade dongle in the right USB port.
• Plug in power cable or switch back on.
• Press POWER then EJECT in that order within a split second. and wait for the PS3 to shut off by itself.
• Place Lv2diag.self and Rogero_V3.7_PS3UPDAT.PUP onto a FAT32 formatted USB Flash drive and rename Rogero_V3.7_PS3UPDAT.PUP to PS3UPDAT.PUP.
• Replace the downgrade dongle with the flash drive in the farthest right USB port.
• Turn on your PS3. Wait. In about 3-5 minutes your PS3 will shut off.
• Take the flash drive back to the computer and delete the files.
• Place Lv2diag.self onto the flash drive.
• Put the flash drive back into the farthest right port of the PS3, turn on and wait, in about 30 - 45 seconds it will shut down again.
• Take out the flash drive, then turn on your PS3.

The repair process will format(erase) your internal hdd so If you have a spare internal hdd then install it before you do the following:

"Place Lv2diag.self and Rogero_V3.7_PS3UPDAT.PUP onto a FAT32 formatted USB Flash drive and rename Rogero_V3.7_PS3UPDAT.PUP to PS3UPDAT.PUP.

Replace the downgrade dongle with the flash drive in the farthest right USB port.

Turn on your PS3. Wait. In about 3-5 minutes your PS3 will shut off."

You need need to get one of the devices @Dartban214 and @playerkp420 told you about.

You will use this "dongle" to put your ps3 into a special service mode(FSM). After your ps3 is in service mode you will use a normal usb flash drive to install the 3.55 cex firmware.
