That can be a lot of things. How are you running the game?
Are you using the bdemu options in multiman?
Did you try installing an update for the game?
etc...
So if you could provide a little more information, maybe we can get it sorted.

yep my brother usually gets the info for me but i try boot up the game and get the info for you one moment i appreciate the help by the way

Ok,
fist What CFW are you on?
second start multiman, highlight the game and press square and see what options are selected.

so i go to multiman i choose mass effect 3, then square for settings nothing is ticked (like the game disc, internal, external, direct boot, bd mirror, exit game data, favorite none selected i also see usb patch gray out).. then i play game as usual the disc icon (same as mass effect 2).. i can go to some missions without problem but for some mission have problem like the tuchanka and cerberus lab.. i also check my brothers ps3 is on rogero 4.3 thank you hope this info help out

Make sure you have a disk in he drive. Actvate the BDEmu options. Mount the game and run it from the disk icon on your xmb.

When you are in multiman, highlight the game, press square and make sure the BDEMU option is selected. Then mount the game and start it from the disk icon on your XMB.
