Pupil Expelled From College - For Exposing Flaw

Originally started this as a front page article, but the decided against that.....

I know this isn't PS3 news nor is it even gaming related news, but i thought it was important for people to be aware of.

Recently Ahmed Al-Khabaz, a 20-year-old Student in a Dawson college exposed a security flaw and was expelled for doing so, here are some quotes from the source:

From the Student:
“I saw a flaw which left the personal information of thousands of students, including myself, vulnerable,” said Mr. Al-Khabaz. “I felt I had a moral duty to bring it to the attention of the college and help to fix it, which I did. I could have easily hidden my identity behind a proxy. I chose not to because I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong.”
“I was called into a meeting with the co–ordinator of my program, Ken Fogel, and the dean, Dianne Gauvin,” says Mr. Al-Khabaz. “They asked a lot of questions, mostly about who knew about the problems and who I had told. I got the sense that their primary concern was covering up the problem.”

“I was acing all of my classes, but now I have zeros across the board. I can’t get into any other college because of these grades, and my permanent record shows that I was expelled for unprofessional conduct. I really want this degree, and now I won’t be able to get it. My academic career is completely ruined. In the wrong hands, this breach could have caused a disaster. Students could have been stalked, had their identities stolen, their lockers opened and who knows what else. I found a serious problem, and tried to help fix it. For that I was expelled.”

A Response From The School:
“Dawson College has the responsibility to instil the principles of proper conduct in the workplace so that employers hiring our graduates know they are responsible citizens and qualified workers who understand how to behave in a professional environment,” Filion said.

always knew, I read your comments all the time. You're a funny man, are you a comedian by trade?

Edit: it would also make more sense if you wrote:

"a 20-year-old Student at Dawson college exposed a security flaw" or

"a 20-year-old Student in a Canadian college exposed a security flaw"

That's all places period. If there's a hint of professionalism to it, its goal is to do whatever it can to look good and cover its ass. Professionals aren't really human thinking, honest, worth caring about, just caring about how they look and covering their asses. They are usually very corrupt, just don't let them know you know, they might go after you.

A Response From The School:

Instil by destroying a life without mercy? Did they talk to the individual about the situation explaining what they saw wrong with it and taught him what was wrong? I doubt it. Destroy his image, everybody believes trusted professionals that prioritize looking like they are worth a crap. They've got nice professionals dressed professionally, "acting" professionally, creating another fake image. I'm always miles away from anything that looks professional. Need to dress like a pro with your nice pretty pressed clothes, tie, well groomed hair, and act like some kind of machine of perfection? No thanks. I'd rather deal with human beings, even though they can be the lowest and worst too. The people working in those places that look professional don't even like acting. When they get off work they probably enjoy drinking, smoke a bunch of pot, get a hooker, who knows. Then they get caught, it goes to the news, professional babbling and distancing from the individual, a nice little circus. It's often annoying to see. Same acting, same procedures, same thing every time, very boring and repetitive over stupid things. Something happening like in this article is infuriating. It is nice to see some of them go down though, like when you see something like Sandusky going down, even though it really just looks like another damage control act and you're certain others knew but did whatever they could to stay out of the spotlight when they also deserved some hell.
