So the one i fixed is ok but the CPU Heat reached 77 C and it it is a slim the GPU is good around 56 C.
i changed the thermal twice and made it thicker but same result, i use regular thermal paste hove no AS.
do you suggest put different Paste

remove the IHS on the cpu and replace thermal paste.

what i shall remove? the metal square above the CPU, how i can do this?

I think it is 25x.
removing the IHS looks very difficult and afraid to break anything
