I did flashed back my original flash..then I removed the wire and now it powers normally...

So now I do the downgrade again as I started before...

What is the better way to do it. ..

Yes,
flash back a patch Dump with all Switches down.
or 1 key Flash (all down except the 6th key up) using your original Backup + e3_downgrade.bin

At last, my ps3 is now running on 3.55CFW and running packups...

and by the way, i think there is some pkg that prevents updating the console to any higher OFW.....can you tell me where to get it ??

Just update to latest rogero FW.

Install QA-Toggle > Update with OFW 3.55 > Update to Rogero 4.30

then i installed KMEAW 3.55 CFW ....

You are good to update to Rogero 4.30 v2.05 from the XMB.

Yep Everything is included in the firmware, it should be spoofed 4.31 and able to login PSN but we highly don't recommend it, you would get banned like many others
