tested a bit and here's small review:

After installing via hdd/xmb-system update(no spoofers enabled)
boots into 4.31 with qa flag set (if qa flagged is enabled) - check this with the but combo = OK

Rebug's toolbox runs fine ( not all options enabled .. not supported fimrware)
u can use all options except for rebugs selector/cex2dex....options like "lv1" and booting OtherOS = OK

OtherOs red ribbon boots fine - rebooting from OtherOS loads GameOS.
note: after this the system takes a little longer to boot into GameOS

i thought it was from the "Core tool" looking for the "flags" on dev_usb000, have to test again, after booting OtherOS and the reboot, u get the "no video input" a bit longer, all working perfect..booting into GameOS

Rebug's set GameOS bootflag = OK

Boots into Recovery just fine, the button sequence seems faster?! =
beep-off-beep-beepbeep=recovery

tested some homebrew, all OK
eeid dumper, showtime, toolbox, retroarch,mm(without payload, testing to load payload via usb) thx butnut for the find, crappy downllink..needs chrome..grr any mirrors?

Exit from showtime into Multiman 04.18.00..all fine except payload, think it can load payload from usb...

error payload: BD-ROM emulator functionality restricted, error: unsupported firmware...(the mm from page 23 should work...)

booted 3 PSN games, zenpinb2 booted back with 80010017, rest working, not sure there..must be easy fix..

Finally tested "1 flag" feature of the Core homebrew = nordump
for safety..just added the "nordump" flag in the flag folder+coreftp.self+copy_script.txt(empty) on root of USB
place usb into right slot - dev_usb000 and boot PS3

Core.log file from created "nordump" with some extra info ur the PS3:

The led goes "blinking green" when performing option..no beeps..boots into XMB with a gr/yel/red blinking red?!, all OK, reboot is led back to normal

not bad at all....so far..

another test..mm payload (AIOMOD.BIN) loaded with the Core tool

add folder "payloads" and drop AIOMOD.BIN into folder

good cfw..
so, this is your personal opinion about this CFW "good"? does it need to be more evaluated in the future? thanks anyway. nice job

If you use it could you test reactpsn?
I could only get it to partially work.

Maybe it needs an update or something.

for me personal..after testing the above..personaly think its good..yes
dont take my word for it..but u cant say things if not tested..so i tested and runs smooth, only drawback is the "little longer boot" with no video input message on screen...loads GameOS fine..(OtherOS or the search for flags on dev_usb000)

have fun..

[update 1]
http://pastie.org/private/jac46fzfrjmuo31ignqyog

Rough translate:

[update 1]
http://pastie.org/private/jac46fzfrjmuo31ignqyog

snip pass the file

Bugfix update of core (for people that stays years waiting for it to load on to the black screen and fails them bdemu controller emulator)

DO NOT INSTALL THIS FROM ANY CFW Rogero CFW, there have been cases of people WITH BLUE SCREEN ERROR AND THE REASON IS THAT IF YOU ARE IN A LOW TO CFW 3.55 Rogero BEFORE THIS ONE ...
the error comes from poor management by the cfw xRegistry.sys Rogero at least 2.5
brickea not let you get into recovery and go down to at least 3.55 ...
Updated 8 mins ago.

So I think that means make sure you are on 4.21/4.30 CFW first rather than 3.55 CFW. EDIT: @haz367 confirms 4.21 CFW thx @haz367

and down to 3.55 using rebug's 3.55.4 999 downgrader from xmb-system update
told u rebug is a beast..for the quik test this has potential ...lol...the core tool funtion is a bit like rebugs toolbox..in another way and dump/payload worked fine otheros worked fine to..really good so far..cant say nothing else...watch it and wait for more tests from people..

Edit:

u need to smoke something else.. @godlike666 , that question is nothing new btw...this is just another 4.xx CFW that can be installed from a CFW and from < 3.55 and not + 3.56 ofw ONES.... It seems to have problems going from Rogero 4.xx, from Rebug Rex 4.xx it works great, also down again..back to 3.55.4...not from any official firmware except < 3.55 like all others...
