i do not get it i think, if you have a progskeet and lets say a clip that is connected on the nand, the progskeet provides the power for the nand? (3,3V)
my main concern is that not only the nand will be powered, but also the starship, southbridge, usb controller and more. :donknow: |

it has said nand on that site since day 1 but it does NOT support it. so why buy a E3 for a NAND console when it does not support it. the ONLY flasher that does NAND in the ps3 scene is the progskeet also progskeet 1.2 WORKS on NAND only (its the NOR side that is not working) do you really want to get into this with me? |

this is why its better to flash them off board @Sarah1331 has a nice board that connects to the skeet and you take the nand off the ps3 attach it to this board and read / write. |

I have 3.3v and ground wired directly to the NAND pins. Is this ok? If not are there any points on the top of the board that I can use? There's no way I'm flipping this board over and risking pulling off the wires soldered to those tiny legs.
Also what should the resistance be between the 3.3v and ground legs? For the Progskeet 1.2 to power the NANDs do I need to close both R7 and R8? I have read that R8 closed is for NOR pullup but I know the older Progskeets required both closed to unbrick. Last edited by 4DoorITR; 01-30-2013 at 06:24 PM. |
