Just changed my mind, after cutting the hole my ps3 is running at 60CPU 57RSX on multiman without screensaver, when screensaver comes it goes under 50c for both, this is more than enough.

Thermal compound is arctic silver 5.

I now know where to get the extra fan power from thanks to you mate.

I now want to paint my baby in white, will look awesome as soon as my black mesh arrives for the hole I made :D

I am now looking for some1 here in germany that can paint my case, I want the front to be mat and the back. Sides should be shiny like the original Black Slim.

I'll post some pictures if I ever get the case modded

I now can't decide If I should go with combo Mat and shiny or complete shiny

My mesh arrived today, How should I place it on the hole ( coming from behind, curving into the hole ) without screws or such ?

Anyone got an idea ?
