Dont be modest. This is a very useful tool and in my opinion should be added to the noob jailbreak tuts on hax so that they can be sure the pup is genuine before updating to OFW (or a fake pup that bricks there machine), and then running to the help section asking what happened. Great work

@DEFAULTDNB
, can you verify this PUP, I checked most if not all my PUP's (30 or so) and they all check out, except one: CFW355-OTHEROS++-COLD-BOOT.PUP
now I cannot find a source of this pup any longer to do more testing and I get MD5: ccb69a1d02fdc42267d476076a44cba5 could you double check this, if you have the time? BTW: thanks, great tool. also as a future modification it would be nice to be able to cut and paste the MD5 value. |

![]() MD5 should be: 6af363d63bd75c4b7406207235887c04 For: CFW355-OTHEROS++-COLD-BOOT.PUP If its a custom coldboot swapped into the originally released CFW355-OTHEROS++-COLD-BOOT PUP then that could explain it.... I could do cut and paste..but it might over complicate the app from being a PUP tester: you see it generates the MD5 from the PUP file on the spot, if you paste in a known MD5, it proves nothing ... if I get more requests for that I will add it as an option

I'm just wondering if it's wrong on the DEVWIKI , after checking 30+ PUP and only getting 1 wrong I'm just curious. |
