It doesn't not say anywhere on the license that they must release the source code with it. It does however say that they must license whatever they make with the provided code with the same license again.
[s]Not that it does matter since the 3k3y dev team has not released anything yet.[/s]

Woah there no need to retort to insults there, we are all adults here

Now in the link you gave i found a program. Now if you look at the beginning of the file you will see that the program is released under a license that allows other people to view reuse it, its called an open source license, and the only restriction about this particular license is that if you decided to release a modified copy of the work or just re-release it you would have to license it with the same license again.
And since nothing is being officially released by the 3k3y dev team that means they have so far done nothing wrong.

Now of course you're going to reply to this and call me stupid but you know what you're _not_ going to do? your not going to tell me that hacking their work was something wrong and your not going to admit that the 3k3y dev team has done nothing wrong by using open source code in their yet to be released project.

here is the license under which the glevand code was released:
oh, i do like challenges

read what you have below the bold text
provided that the following conditions
* are met:
* 1. Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright
* notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer,
* without modification, immediately at the beginning of the file.
* 2. Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
* notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
* documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.
i don't see any proof that they have put the copyright notice on it, considering it's SUPPOSEDLY their work

Are you deliberately acting like a retard, or is it natural, i will say again, the software is on their site, if it is on their site, then it is officially released >.<

I edited that post just before you quoted it to state license instead of source code

WHEN YOU USE OPEN SOURCE CODE ,IS COMMON SENSE AND TO SHOW RESPECT TO THE CREATOR,"""""TO GIVE CREDIT TO THE CREATOR FOR HIS WORK""""""

@ above, indeed.... and nowhere on their site I can find respect / props etc for other peoples work. And since this program used to be closed sourced (but hacked) how could we have found out that it was containing other peoples code / project... indeed, we don't.

So a small notice somewhere on the site giving props to the original coder is the least thing they could do, now it's like "their work"

Not wanna *****fight tho XD but it isn't a nice gesture indeed

Don't ask where the adults are, when you fail to act like one.

You talk of 3K3Y not officially releasing something, yet the software is officially released on their site, so if you are going to act like a complete moron, i will treat you like one.

Im going to stop replying to you, you do not seem like a nice person since all you do is dish out insults to other people
