Replace the second digits code:

Simplist form is to just open a calculator,go to view and select programmer, select HEX in left side of the calculator,paste in or type the codes of the Rune Factory Tides of Destiny codes. for example:

take the Bold number and click the + sign and add this number in it 4D8. You will get this in result 00135E68, just replace that with the second form you used as the first line in the calculator and it's done.

PS: If you guys think i'm a noob than yes i am now. Before i used to hack codes for Kingdom Hearts and other PS2 games in KH-Vids.net but i left that, but i still have some skills on converting codes from One region to anohter. ^^"

Who is able to complain about it? Creators of the new PS3UserCheat? The old PS3UserCheat knowingly stole codes from the CMP forums, so they forfeit their right to complain, and the new guys are stealing them too as far as I know, so they also have no right to complain.

Is it possible to ask them who complained?

I could, but I honestly don't know how to tell you how, because it's such a simple process that I'm confused on people not knowing how. I just use CMP Auto Tools, copy the game's files to the /GamesSource/ folder, edit the Mcodes.txt file in /MAIN/ to have the patterns for codes, and then click and drag the game's folder in the /GamesSource/ folder onto the DND.bat batch file and it's done. My only guess on people missing it is that they make no attempt to even try it. I had a tiny little picture guide of the process on the CMP forums that I goofed up a little, but it still works.

Could you please send me a tutorial, because I've never before used CMP Auto Tools and I don't know much about coding or programming. I remember once that I managed to move forward in creating a cheat pkg, but whatever I did it kept saying that the eboot could not be decrypted
