No you cannot start a service, You have to have the chip in every ps3

You know Wii and WiiU are almost the same, We have Wii Emulators for god sake, Its Easy to emu Wii.
PS4 could do like PS3 does with PS2 games, .Pkg Converts on the SEN Store/PSN Store

It would require a lot of power to Emulate the PS3 though cause it is very complex..

These guys have done a lot for us by making a flasher but keep in mind they don't always release what they say. I member cfw 4.30 release and a statement about solderless solution for E3 flasher for debricking aswel as there statement bot some kind of new system for games neither were released.
