I just activated DLC on a new Slim yesterday/last night on my first try as usual . PS3 Never seen PSN & with reformatted hard drive. No act.dat on PS3 at all. ReactPSN created x2 act.dat + act1.dat in my aa user account. I had little issues the first with ReactPSN long ago. Since then it has worked every time for me..

@DEFAULTDNB No genuine act.dat needed for me last night = Rebug..

Try and see if a format HDD via pc helps you may get lucky?
