I've bricked after a downgrade from 4.31 to 3.55 because i've installed ofw 3.55 without dehashing i've tried to flash back my dump made at ofw 4.31 but ps3 gives only black screen.
I've alredy soldered a wire between tristate and sbe my ps3 stay on and i've used flash fun for flash my backup...
What s worng?

So You have valid Dump?
First Flash your original Dump in Fun Flash Mode as you did, then flash it back with all Switches down.

One more thing, make sure your Clip is seated Correctly, Flash your Original Dump then pack it up again and compare the Two dumps if identical then the Clip is seated correctly.

And yes clip is on corretcly i have the same backup of what i've flashed...

If u bricked on 3.55, flash your dump from 3.55. If you only have 4.31 dump, do the downgrade procedure.

Ok i'll try because if i flash back my backup (ofw 4.31) it seems i have a GLOD

You don't even have to flash you original backup. Just follow the guide below, and start at Chapter 2.

I haven't removed the cable from tristare i have remived only from e3 flasher and i got a glod now i have removed also from tristed ps3 is bricked again? What should i do?

i have the same problem i have a bricked ps3 slim that i downgraded from 4.31 OFW to 3.55 i used a flasher, everything went successful after downgrade when i reboot the ps3 it went to the XMB after a failed attempt of De-hashing my ps3 is bricked.

i tried this tut everything went ok as to how it was explained but after i re flash my dump and downgraded again back 3.55 my ps3 wont boot the TV screen is just blank and the power button doesn't work if i try to reset, i don't know what am doing wrong are if my bios dump is bad (which is the dump made from the 4.31 ofw thats the only one i made) am new to all this flashing stuff if guys could help me.

what kind of flasher did you use?
Have you tried to start the ps3 without hdd plugged in? In this case, what happens?

I've soldered again the cable between sbe and tristate first time didn't work ps3 3 beeps abd shuts down (the sbe on clip is damaged) so i tried again i touched the e3 board ps3 shut down no led light now my ps3 doesn't start anymore there are no lights... I think the power supply burned the fuse for not let me get electric shocked but i'm not sure...
