Multiple Partition EXT USB + MultiMan 4.17
Hello everyone, i'm running MM 4.17
now i've partitioned a 500gb usb drive as follow: 1.NTFS my data 2.Fat32 my data 3. Fat32 PS3 Backups (\GAMES, etc) when i insert the drive, multiman only "see" the 2nd partition where i have my ersonal data and i would like it to see the 3rd partition; are there any limitations or do i have to work with the usb.cfg file? how? Thanks |

IIRC USB.cfg is just for switching to NTFS
http://www.ps3devwiki.com/wiki/MultiMan#USB.CFGAlthough:
You could try switch your 3rd partition to primary using minitool or something like that to make it be seen as the only active by mm ![]() mM is updated to 04.19.01 now too

since version 04.14.00 its like this :
NTFS/PFS usage: It is now possible to use any NTFS usb drive without configuring its Vendor/Device IDs in USB.CFG When switching to NTFS/PFS mode use only one USB HDD connected (mM supports up to 2 partitions: FAT32+NTFS, NTFS+NTFS, FAT32+FAT32) To access the contents of NTFS drives use mmOS and /pvd_usb000 /pvd_usb001 (games from NTFS drives won't show in other display modes) Last edited by Longshot; 02-01-2013 at 05:48 AM. |
