I don't have a min praxis 3.56 ps3 to test on, but it should work. The problem wasn't the patch didn't work on OFW 4.31. It was there wasn't a 4.31 CFW. You can't install 4.30 over 4.31.
Well this is 4.31 CFW, so it will install on 4.31. After using the three musk patches.

I just tested downgrading to 3.55.
Condor Updater 3.1 works.
4.25 to 3.55 downgrader PUP installed no problem.
I just toggled Qa flag from there and am now installing OFW 3.55.

so @playerkp420 , would you mind to give us (the noobs) a conclusion? A. This CFW.431 can be installed on OFW 4.31 straightly. B. This CFW 4.31 can be installed on OFW 4.31 with a Three Musketeers Patch. C. It useless for OFW 4.31 users.

Not if you have a flasher. And no FSM dongle.

But yeah, obviously you can't just install CFW on OFW 3.56+.

a big thnx to you for this easy 3 way step to "downgrade" from OFW 4.31.. waiting for 3 months now..
after a long time with tests (and 2 permanent bricks on 2 other used slims) i was stuck on OFW 4.31 on my last slim til now :-)
i sucessfully dumped my BIOS on the tricky DYN-001 Board (Samsung) (much pressure on the clip, 2 coins and a lot of tape to fix, no edge cutting tihe clip cause it is not really needed i think) it was 100% OK, patched it with 3 musketeers and flashed back. No Problems works fine.
I have updated the core to 2.7.2, multiman runs fine most of the tested games on my external hdds are back to life :-) after so long time back again in customizing :-) and i can go online also :-)
very impressive firmware and the easiest and fastest way to patch an ofw i have ever seen..

one question:
got some psn-games (pkg-files) with the fixes for 3.55 but they wont start..(8xxxxx error) anyone knows a fast way to get them running on cfw 4.31 ??
some other psn-games want me to reactivate in PSN.. that should be fixed with reactpsn i think..

also the banner is not correct anymore Downgrade? Yes - 4.30 / CFW - 4.31

btw. anyone tested if its possible to downgrade this cfw 4.31 to rogero 4.30 ?

3 Musketeers is outdated now. Rogero has made a new patcher, that works on OFW 4.40 and lower.
