...right?

IRIS has a FTP service its in the tools option buddy, if your using a internal for backup storage, or you can just hook up your external to the PC or Laptop and just drag and drop. Also who cares about showtime in a BACKUP MANAGER, its a stand alone XMB app anyways (showtime) and functions just like it does in MM.

Wait hermes is a girl huh what is that true why have i never read that b4 i mean thats great its just huh and is estwald the same person as hermes who gave us the 3.41 payload or is this a diff person so confused what a drama filled scene

I for one am still very confused and just would rather have one piece of software i hated the days when i had one backup manager for one game and a differet one for another i dont have my originals to hell with the capitalist swine i wish i could support the devs i like and when i can i do best i can do at the moment is gamefly and the occassional game on sale but at least i play the games which is more that i can say for some of these game reviewers...

I am confused on how come this app cant just work as is without tinkering or running a pkg (but lobo thanks for the tut i will be checking it out) and how this ps1 iso loading works in multiman as opposed to this app...i really wish the scene would just get along...

As for the ntfs comment the fact that multiman lets me do that is very useful for me in some situations to copy certain large files or access certain files which i have stored on ntfs drives so i actually appreciate that

Id like stuff to ideally work similar to the xbox rgh fsd setup where we have something like link built in to allow netplay i really dont want just a backup manager...but i know i know code it lol i mean with all this drama instead of having people join forces its all a drama fest normally i am all for competition (might makes right) but this is a tad absurd

Thery're a few female users / devs on here who pose as male to avoid all those lame flirting attempts. Can you really blame them?

Use EvilNat's PUAD GUI 1.3 to extract the libfs.sprx and ps1_emu.self from the PUP. Don't need a PS3 to do it.

You can get them also from the /dev_flash using multiMAN's file manager or Congenie's AwesomeFileManager. You need a PS3 to do it.

...right?
Being able to play psx games without the disc has been awesome. My BD drive has failed twice now. It is funny that my Xbox became the reliable system.

New version
Iris Manager v1.60 Beta
From Estwald (translated by google and me XD)
What's new:

- Added PSX emulation to syscall level: It's no longer necessary to patch the emulators, you can delete the "patched" ones.

- Works with ps1_netemu. Moreover, It's my recommended choice. Games that run wrong with ps1_emu, with ps1_netemu run smother and perfect.

- A .cue file in needed with the same name as the .bin, .img, etc, in order to describe the audio tracks. If the ISO only contains data, Iris Manager generates its corresponding TOC. psx_storage by default also generates a TOC with enough data for this type of game. While I learn more about psx_storage operation.

- Ability to load an external ROM to allow access to the Memory Card management (Put a ps1_rom.bin file in dev_hdd0/game/IMANAGER4).

- If you press O+X with external ROM enabled, It'll run with ejected disc so you will be able to access to PSX MC Manager without having to disconnect the USB device. Unplugging / replugging once, the disc will be mounted and run.

More details in IMPORTANT 1.60 psx iso.txt, within the rar file
