Hey I have an E3 Flasher and I have a PS3 slim on 4.30 OFW. My PS3 is a CECH2001A and I was looking at a downgrade tutorial with the E3 Flasher and the very first part to downgrading you need an update.bin file. When I put the first 2 switches down and the rest up the blue lights do not come on when I tried to install it. Does that mean my E3 Flash ribbon is broken because it won't let me do the first process?
