Internal HDD memory loss.

So, recently I upgraded from kmeaw to rogero 4.30 v2.05 (directly). Then, I deleted (from XMB) two psn games which no longer worked, in order to free up some space. However, no space was released. I tried looking for the games on /hdd0/games folder (on mmos) but neither of them was there. I also searched for a .trash folder, just in case, but I didn't find one. Is there a way to search for hidden files (i read somewhere that you can't see every file on mmos)? Or any other ideas?
Model of ps3: slim CECH-2405B, 320gb.

Yes, also I could buy a new ps3.
I 'd rather not lose everything though.

what exactly do you mean?

1) you deleted PSN games but you didnt get any new free space? (before x/320gb after the_same_as_before/320GB)

2) you deleted everything or reformatted and instead of 320/320gb you get ~310/320 gb space?

if 1 -> i had that once too i checked then the space in mM and it was OK after a few days of usually using my ps3 the hdd-info was correct

if 2 -> thats normal the ps3 always keeps ~10gb space for itself

It's the first one.
When I turn on my ps3, sometimes (not always) it says: ckecking disk (or something like that). At first I thought that it would fix itself (as my pc external hdd has done so many times) but it didn't.
Anyway, I hope you are right.
