1) You already downgraded?. If not do it. If you own a hardware flasher.

Then we can guide you with the process.
But first we need to know if you already downgraded to 3.55.

Yes. You can brick but FIRST we gotta know if your PS3 is downgradeable.
If it's a 3K series = You can't.

I don't get it really...you said that you DID it and then if you WANT to do it.
If you are on CFW with PSN with BF3 and you are not careful enough, yes you will get banned.

But still i don't understand if YOU already downgraded your PS3 or you didn't do that yet...

Please be more specific on what you want.

Well you have two choices and please as @Wolfie708 stated next time trow more information on your first post because this looks likes a chat room.

1) Keep it and wait for Cobra's ODE device that according to them you can use it on 3K and 4K series.

2) Sell it and buy some other that has 3.55 or was on 3.55 and you can downgrade it.
