green light then blinking blue then off

hi, i've ps3 cech-2501b when i installed e3 nor clip the ps3 wont start

i taked off the e3 parts from the ps3 and it's still the same thing

a green light for 4-5 sec then blinkin blue then off

if i connect the bluray drive then pressed start button

a green light for 4-5 then off without blue light

motherboard : jsd-001

* i broke the fan plug b4 - i solder nor tristate to gnd and to sbe in the nor clip but nothing happend

ok you broke your fan connector off at some point you said.
if the fan spins then it could be the fan speed sensor.

as tristate is grounded then ONLY a hardware fault will shut the ps3 down

I have a ps3 I am about to do (slim)
I will leave the fan disconnected and double check that it does the exact same thing but i'm 100% sure this is your problem.

in the mean time check your fan spins when you turn the ps3 on.

then take some good clear shots of the connector. it doesn't matter if it looks bad just get some pics posted.

you can get a free account at imgur for uploading images.

is this the same one that @Mr.Dutch helped in a thread and the fan points were re-traced as the connector was really bad?

why is the pin to the right (closest to the printed "1") going to gnd ? the middle pin should be to gnd (looking at mine (DYN-001) board)
unplugged my fan booted ps3 and it stays on
so maybe its that right pin that you have to gnd
or maybe its something else

the right pin is the pwm (speed control) , left pin is 12V
the third it looks grounded, but ofcourse it should not be.
