@DEFAULTDNB
how about flashing it again? maybe it's an issue like the BB downgrade from 06.15 to 05.13. double flashing sometimes solves weird problems |

@ocam
Version: 6.1(10B141) Modem: 05.16.08 <- is this right for 3GS? Everything else is working fine now, just waiting on the official weather fix. 6.1 is definitely more stable than 5.x.x mine used to crash and hang like a mofo, now its working considerably better even considering the ram is a lot worse. EDIT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOS_version_history My modem and version is bang on.

@naddel81
It feels way more stable and way more solid. I cant really describe it, but even though it cains the ram it still never crashes or hangs.
Everything is smooth, and quick. Respring is now just ~10 seconds, its blazing compared to 5.1.1 (18-35 seconds: I know right?!) I vaguely remember having ios 4.x.x whatever it was to use comex's web based jailbreak and I remember updating to ios 5, loving te new features, but hating how clunky it felt and how often it sucked up all the ram and crashed. It has its niggles, but its nothing you cant fix, so IOS6 on 3GS is highly recommended by myself.

![]() @ICECOLDKILLAH reported that his wifi is working fine. Maybe something went wrong during the JB process and now it won't remember your passwrd. anyway, you found a solution, therefore ![]() and what's up with your 5.x.x? it crashed when you launched an app or something else? I'm on 5.1.1 for over 7 months now and I only had 2 or 3 resprings

Safari in particular sapped away the ram on 5.1.1. Unusable! I switched to Opera to minimise footprint while browsing. Facebook and twitter also NEVER opened after 3 or 3 updates to their respective apps, and without warning drawsomething broke down too and tomtom crashed every so often. Right now I have everything I need on my phone again, and though the ram is lower (unless I hit processes> free memory a few times in SBS) it hasnt crashed yet
