lol, i only asked because it's unusual that the ps3 shuts down after 15 sec, unless it's overheating.

the normal shutdown on faillure is allready after 2 sec.

What do i have to do now ?
My e3 flasher is not updated just installed on fat model
Can i start my ps normally without hdd because docnt have esata

if you solder the tristate to ground the ps3 should stay on, unless you have a hardware issue.

1. @Mr.Dutch asked if your fan is connected.
there should be 3 wires with 1 connector on it that comes from the fan and plugs onto the motherboard. (this has nothing to do with the E3 were talking about the ps3)
as the ps3 turns off after 15 seconds with red light then please check the fan is running.
DO NOT TRY TO DO THE DOWNGRADE UNTIL YOUR PS3 IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD

2. take a clear pic of the NOR chip
3. connect the E3 clip to the NOR
4. take a pic of the clip attached with the whole motherboard in the shot (not a close up pic)
5. take a close up pic of the clip on the NOR
6. try to get a pic side on to the clip so we can see if its sat flush
7. @playerkp420 is there anything else you can think of to add here?

Wenn die PS3 sich auschaltet nach 15sek und das rote LED blinkt, dann hast du etwas falsch gemacht.

Hast du geguckt ob den kühler angeschlossen ist und sich dreht ?

Versuch mal die PS3 zu starten ohne flasher usw. ganz normal komplett zsm gebaut.

Ich biete ein downgrade/unbrick service in deutschland an falls du mein service in anspruch nehmen möchtest sag mir bescheid.

Sorry guys for German, but his english aint that good as I can see, and yeah... I speak german so I thought it would help.

What I told him was to check the Fan connector, and try to start the console without the flasher in it, completely reassembled, jut want to make sure the console starts and operates as it should, if not, I told him he can send me his console and I will take a look at it.

That screen is normal. You don't have the hdd connected.

Follow the guide below. When the guide says to boot to the XMB, you boot to that screen.
Then after you have gotten valid dumps, patch the dump, and flash it to the Nor chip. After flashing is complete, put the PS3 back together with the hdd and everything.
Then finish the guide.

EDIT - Oh I see the PS3 is shutting down? Must be a hardware failure, like stated above. Make sure everything is connected properly.

1. Ich habe gestern abend den e3 flasher eingebaut alles läuft gut bis ich die ps3 starten wolzr .. als ich sie gestartet habe kam diese fehler meldung
"Starten nichr möglich. Der richtige systemspeichet wurde nucht gefunden."
Dann bin ich schlafen gegangen und am nächsten tag also
2.habe ich den flasher mal raus getan also alles wie normal ..
Habe ich gestartet und aufeinmal hat sie ganz normal gestartet und nach 15 sekunden wurde es richitg laut wegen dem Lüfter ... und dann aus gegangen uund 3x gepiepst und rote led blinkt. Wenn ich die Festplatte raus hole und alles normal lasse läuft di ps3 ganz normal also der Lüfter iat leise aber bekomme die gleiche Fehlermeldung wir bei 1.

Dann habe ixh die ganze pss3 kontrolliert also alles mal aufgemacht und den flasher wieder eingebaut aber bekomme den gleichen fehler wie 1..

I am betting on cooler, my slim shuts down 20sek after starting without cooler ( damn the cpu heats up pretty quick )

and what happens to my slim if the fan aint plugged are exactly the same symptoms he is having on his ps3.
