Change Syscon and Nor Dump to Repair Brick

I have a console with ylood, flash dump Ok.

I have another console with fullbrick, Bad flash dump.

The question is, I can physically change the chip-(syscon) + NOR console dump from ylood, in bricked to revive from brick ?

I have spare stencil's (3 types for ps3's) somewhere
if I find them I can send them with the bits for haz if you want then?
I think its .6 solder balls you need for them. but is says on them anyway (really tired. carnt think lol)
but yes you need to swap the cpu aswell
be carefull it doesn't "popcorn" when you lift the BGA's

hi.
i have also a breaked ps3 with bad flash dump+onother ps3 with YLOD but with good dump
can i flash the YLOD dump to the breaked ps3 & change cpu from YLOD ps3 with breaked?

Lots more heat. BGA kits on fleabay see 're-balling'.

I will say nothing more about BGAs. Bane of my existence.
