Your dump is bad. You need to reseat the clip. Don't flash anything until you get a valid dump.

update the flasher if you want. And then make a new dump, and do nothing until someone has checked your dump

you may have pressed [start] to soon
turn on the ps3 and wait longer before pressing [start]
if you get the same then the clip needs removing / replacing again
also check the clip on the E3 board its self as that can come loose easly.
