You need to find React PSN 2.23 for CFW 4.21+. Just google for it, it's not hard to find.

Install it but don't run it yet.

Create a folder named “exdata” on the root of your external drive.
Within this folder you must place .rap files for the content you wish to activate.
.rap files are files which activate PSN content without containing any information of the original buyer of the content.
Do not rename the files , paste them in the exdata folder as they are.

Once done , connect your external drive to the right most port on your PS3 (If you get kicked back to the xmb try switching ports).
Do not connect multiple USB devices , only the drive which contains the exdata folder with .rap files.

Create a new user profile on your XMB named aa. The aa profile is required for using reActPSN and run it from the aa profile only.

Log in to aa profile from the XMB and run reActPSN (no button needs to be pressed if you have only placed .rap files in the exdata folder).
The PS3 will reboot after processing the rap files. This may take a while depending on the number of .rap files.

You may be greeted with a message that your ps3 was not shut down properly upon restart.
Don't panic.This is normal.Press circle to skip.

You will notice that the aa profile has changed/renamed to reActPSN.
This also contains the number of activated rifs and edats.
.rif files are files created from the .rap files by reActPSN to activate the content for your PS3.
Do not use reActPSN profile to run reActPSN.

Create the user profile aa once more to use for activating raps in the future.
After this you will not be required to create this profile again as running reActPSN from the aa profile will not rename it.

So you should have 2 profiles which deal with reActPSN on your XMB :
aa profile which you need to use to run reActPSN and
reActPSN profile which tells you the number of rifs and edats you have activated (and actually stores the rif files for content you have activated).

After you have activated the .rap file you can install the .pkg (San Andreas) and it will run no problem.

This guide was made by Joshuab, credit goes to him.

Good question, not sure as i don't use PSNStuff but i presume it will install the rap files into /dev_hdd0/home/0000000x/exdata/ just as if you were downloading from the actual PSN network.

EDIT: scrub my idea, harryoke said it right.

@jorri Should use your regular user, not "aa" one that is not renamed to edat/rap numbers.

I could not get reactPSN to work on Rogero 4.30 2.05 with GTA:SA/VC no matter what I tried.

There are plenty of threads on this already too: http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php...psn#post533951 <- here was my attempt last week.
