Unfortunately this is just one of those delicate things, it can work or it can not. it's just a run of the mill kind of thing. i did this guide as to show people how it is done and what not to do when doing it, not as a 100% fix more a last resort before it goes in the bin. This ps3 has been fixed twice and finally it died after i dropped it moving to a new room ![]() i wish you luck if you do try it again.

I have no idea. I personally charge up to $200. In the USA it is cheaper as there is competition. Where I am its just me and 3 other people.

Using an oven is the most ghetto/cheap/crappy method to repair BGA solders The only method worst than the "oven" is the "towel" used by some XBOX360 guys that was desperated ----- This said... a real reballing needs a "infrared BGA station" (very expensive equipment) The price in europe for a real reball is around 75€... but i understand it can reach 150$ or 200$ in some cases... but is too much @BwE The alternative is a "reflow"... this is what i imagine @Sarah1331 is offering for £45-55 ??
