You can't set QA Flag from OFW.
Actually you can set qa flag only starting from 3.55 CFW, previous firmware or using MiralaTijera's 4.31 CFW by using the core tool |

Is there any reason to uninstall qa flag after doing this tut?
I know that this step is necessary for upgrading to 4.30 cfw as well as downgrading but if you decided to upgrade/downgrade, (1 more question) would you have to enable qa flag everytime you wanted to up/downgrade or is it just a one time thing? Thanks for the tut btw |

Then you can upgrade to 4.xx CFW and back down to 3.55, with no worries.

its fake,
@Pirate
is looking into it.
No idea where it came from, but its fake ignor it. If a 4.31 JB comes out it will be front paged in the news, not in a random weird fake add.
