I bet you didn't know each ros is different per version.

I also know that 3.55 will have 24 files, and 3.56 or higher will have 25 files, when extracted with flowrebuilder.

Hi,after install your bin I got black screen.I byte reversed and everything back to normal.Now when i try install any firmware i got this error 8002f2c5.I have try 3 different HDD's but still show me this error.I try to fix this problem with this THREAD but links for download are down.

OK on 3.56 v2 and OFF 4.31 start copy firmware from USB when go to 100% ps3 is restart and installation should start as usual but ps3 shows me "Connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press the PS button"
One mor thing guys,if min firmware is 3.50 why i can't downgrade with normal metod.After I install e3_downgrade.bin i can't put my consol i FSM.When I try to do this ps3 i start but don't turn off.The ligt on dongle is on and on the srean is "Connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press the PS button"

haha...ok so ROS0 contained the invalid 3.56 v1..bad firmware = report bad with NORinspector...

to make both identical = no crash with NORinspector anymore

@jhax78 I have flash the console with the second patched bin.The error 8002f2c5 gon so that means the HDD is bypassed.FSM still don't work,donge is still lighting up.I still can't install firmware lover then 3.56.When i try install firmware 3.56 or higher the PS3 start copy firmware from USB when go to 100% ps3 is restart and shows me "Connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press the PS button".HDD problem is fixed but how to fix 3.56 install?

because of the implented code for 3.56v1?! cuse folwrebuilder/norpatch both show them 3.56v1/3.56v2 no crash there....if any pro can explain it..thx

do you even have a correct usb dongle to get in fsm?
aka is the correct hex file on it?
check this first as i suspect it's the dongle not working properly
which dongle do you have?

it should fsm just fine after patching

please report back

I have PS3break v1.0 and I'm 100% sure it's working well.I have used this a lot of times.I think in this patched bin still seating something from 3.56 that why ask me for 3.56 firmware or higher.

After re-flash did i need install firmware from FSM or install e3_downgrade.bin and then FSM?
