so i have the links to most of the .pkg map packs for cfw 4.21 fixed already, but i have no idea how to install them, i tried installing them but when i launched mw3 nothing new happened. So, does anyone know how to install the mw3 map packs, and im talking about the offline special ops survival maps, like terminal sanctuary, foundation, piazza etc.

First you need to update the game to the newest version which is 1.21 and then install the PKGs like every PKG (multiman, showtime, iris manager, PSN games and more).

if i install the maps from content packs separately would they work? or do i have to install the maps from the same content pack together?

Yes, you can install them separately and they will work.
here is the game updates that you should install:

INSTALL THEM FROM 1.19 TO 1.23.

ok no nevermind -.- i updated the game to the latest versions but the pkg's wont workkk!!!!!!!! i install them but no new maps show up and nothing new happens, all i got was the terminal map but when ever i install a new special ops map or mission they don't show up

all stuff that is not free on psn/sen needs a license, these are rap files,
you need to activate those rap files with reactpsn
