Why would anyone get this pile of sheet...any game that's based on a movie is usually gonna be pretty bad, that's common sense to a gamer. Dead space 3 and Crysis 3... Far better alien games.

GEARBOX didn't try to help salvage anything. 6 years in development, a couple of delays, and a pissed off publisher lead to this abyssmal game that GEARBOX ended up crapping out of their arse. They deserve all the flack they receive for this game.

And SEGA, well their just idiots for not seeing this coming lol

I know it's a stand alone. I was just saying based as in the lure...games are hardly ever good when they take the lure from a movie and try to transition it to a game... The only game I can really think of that's done that well is the recent batman games.

Why's it SEGA to blame? What if SEGA wanted it to be big but Gearbox are the ones who ruined it? And what's wrong with SEGA games anyway? I like their Yakuza series, Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit, Binary Domain, The House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut, Renegade Ops, Vanquish, Valkyria Chronicles, Resonance of Fate, Bayonetta, Condemned: Criminal Origins, Condemned 2: Bloodshot, Sonic Generations. This is just naming PS3 games.

im a fan of aliens, well the films the games have all been a let down! for me the best was side scroller on the saga or snes years back when i was a kid.... now as for this rubbish they just released , i had seen all the demo looks and was looking forward to it as 1 of the best of the year for my taste.. after playing for 1 hour it will not be played again it complete rubbish in every aspect.... and feel conned by the demo looks to get me to buy it

I finished it yesterday on PS3.

The game is a joke.

Its not what the demos advertised, its not scary, and its not remotely hard to beat even on ultimate badass.

This game was the reason I bought a WiiU... now it looks like I'm going to skip it and wait for something else... anything else.

Sorely disappointed with who evers fault it was, and I'm glad I tried before I bought.
