ok i've got a problem and i think it's big.
I managed to install 3.55 kmeaw on my console with help from playerkp420, i played 2 games on it for a few times and now the console won't start.
the green leds starts when i power up the console but nothing happens. i can't even turn it off from I/O.
Idk maybe it has something to do with the fact that i soldered a wire on Nor tristate sbe point.
Today I was coping some files from my pc through ethernet cable and suddenly when i switched my tv to ps3 there was no picture, but the transfer was succesfull.
I turned off the console and turned it on again and i saw a strange picture on my tv screen, the welcome sound from ps3 played, but there as some strange pixels on the screen, like white and black. I turned off the console quickly by unplugging the power cable.
Now when i power it up it just shows nothing on the screen and the green led stays up, there is hdd activity when i power it up.
Idk what to do to it to make it work. Can you please help me?

do you have it connected using hdmi? , try switching cable, or reset video output and use the original cable to see if there's video output...

Did you replace the thermal compound, the last time you put the PS3 back together?

how to i reset video output, i don't see anything on the screen, i'll try with a ps2 video cable to see if it show something

there is a lot of thermal compound there, it's not old, just that i didn't changed it the last time i put it back together, i put it there a few days ago and it is fixed on thermal compound, i checked

hold ur power button on standby mode till u hear 2-3 beeps

i tried it that way too, not working, i can't see anything, on the 3rd beep i hear the ps3 goes to stand-by

if it was fully working before then it's probably a gpu problem?, i'm just guessing you need a reball?

if it's a fat ps3 then chances are higher that you need a reball..

no it's not a phat it's a slim.
EDIT: is there something that can done to fix it?
