Lol mate just put e3 cable throught that circle i mark on picture. Connect fan couse ps3 will overheat on downgrade couse it takes 10 min and ps3 brick take me photo when you connect. Next time i get slim/fat i make video and i upload on ps3 hax.

I'm currently busy trying to downgrade such a ps3 slim. But i get an error on my 3 flasher. But it's not even when it's starts backing up the bios. When i power up the ps3. Only the 4th light is blue, and the 2nd one is flashing with the harddrive led, but when i press backup nothing happends.


I've already sanded down the clip so it won't touch the resistor anymore, used a coin and some foam to fit the clip.

(remove spaces since i can't post links yet.

So only the 4th light is blue, and nothing else. I've noticed that his is because of the sd card in it. When i remove the sd card it totally has no lights.

You have the clip on wrong. The flasher gets its power from the nor chip. So if you don't have it on correctly, it won't light up correctly.

No it wasn´t the clip.. i´m SO stupid. I had the addon on the flashboard upside down... i feel so stupid. After putting it up the right way it powered up oke, and i was able to make a dump.

Oh, the faceplate? LOL. I never did that, so I didn't know what it would do.
