Download 3.55 OFW PS3UPDAT.PUP, put it on a USB stick, plug it in your PS3, and go to system settings, go to system update, download from storage media?

If you have official firmware above 3.55 then you have no choice but a hardware flasher. Or you could buy a used console that is 3.55 or below.

Lol i'm only but 14. I only have 10 dollars. Unless you could find flasher for 10 or less. Plus, I don't know to take apart PS3s.

Ok you're 14 so you obviously get pocket money. Even if it is $10 a week You can pay a very reliable man in the USA named @playerkp420 $50. You only have to save for 5 weeks. Or you could go mow some lawns or wash cars. Sheesh youths nowadays.
