I don't see backwards compatibility happening, Since they are using a new X86 processor.

They will via gaikai, which is pretty much you playing a video feed of a game playing somewhere else.

I figured that would happen. Since Sony borrows everything from Nintendo.

So does it stream PS3 or not.

Backward compatability via "Cloud" bet you have to buy the games (or rights to play the games) again though
