trying to downgrade and dehash from 4.30 2.5. got the 4.25 to 3.55 update verified md5 but ps3 wont recognize the ps3updat.pup error No applicable update data... 4.30 or later, really want to go to try rebug software but cant get past first step of downgrade cant qa flag or get to 3.55 spoof im not retarded ive been on threads looking for an answer to problem, and really dont want to loose data on my hdd. oh well ps3 runs fine aside from that. wierd as soon as i posted this. ps3 saw updat.pup now i have problem copying update to hdd weird

If you are going to rebug 4.3x why downgrade?

Just install over Rogero. It says you can do so in the Rebug read me.

If not and you want to go back to 3.55 Rebug: IIRC if you are trying to install the downgrader pup in XMB and it wont work try it in Recovery and try press select and start to push past that screen.

Make sure there are no discs in your drive else you will "update" to the FW on the disc

i never dehashed ps3 after downgrading and i think debug cfw has lvl1 checks so...

Rogero and rebug have hash check skip to counter this IIRC.

error 8002f2b5 data is currupted when trying to update using condor srm using xmb it sees firmware as rebug and durring copy i get error 80029c55 tried again in srm via powerbutton no applicable update data found.. oh **** its working on left usb superwierd wtf it was like 30% coppied and now its back to no applicable data.. try again ring a ding ding we have a winner haha!!!

PS2 classic dont work for me on 4.30 Rogero v2.05.
